Demonetization: RBI New rules on amount Deposit

Everyone remember that evening of 8th November, when PM Modi announced ban on 500-1000 rupee old currency. From the day first Govt. and RBI is coming with new guidelines on money transaction.

On Monday morning, RBI curbs deposits above Rs 5,000. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI), said one can make a deposits in Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 notes in excess of Rs 5,000 only once per account. Also if you want to deposit cash of old currency in excess of Rs 5,000 then you will have to explain in front of two officers that why this old currency was not deposited till now.


Govt. is taking serious action on demonetization and black money and there is no doubt on the intention but common man has to suffer more than expected.
