An Indonesian military plane crashed due to bad weather
in province of Papua, killing all 13 people on board.
Indonesian Plane "The Hercules C-130" was carrying
12 tons of food supplies and cement from Timika to Wamena, about to cover 200 kilometers
(125 miles) distance.
10 personnel and 3 pilots were aboard the plane. The plane took off early morning at 5:34 a.m form
Timika and before four minutes of landing in wamena it crashed. Rescue crew and
locals had recovered all the victims from the wreckage site.
According to Official Bad
weather and low clouds in Wamena, was main factor of the crash.
Unfortunately it was third air accident in
Indonesia in less than a month.
